“Becca was the selling agent for the lakefront property where we were planning to build our retirement home. However, we decided to forgo our plans to build and we purchased a house out of state and needed to sell our property quickly. Becca went over and above our expectations for a seller's agent. We were apprehensive at first because of her lack of experience as a seller's agent compared to the other agents we interviewed. However, her presentation, enthusiasm, and honesty made her stand out. We were able to interview a couple of her previous listing clients and it confirmed our impression that she would go the extra mile to sell our property. Becca was very hands on to help us prepare the property for sale. She literally got her hands dirty helping us to clean around the property. After the P&S was signed she helped us clean the cabin and even gave us boxes and trash bags. Becca also found people to help discard the rubbish on the property, saving us time and money. Because of the nature of the property, there were several challenges with the permits and approvals and knowing the appropriate people to coordinate with. Becca stepped up to meet the challenge and did what was necessary to get answers, even making several trips to the town hall. We also chose not to have open houses. Instead we had showings by appointment only. We requested that Becca be present as much as possible at the showings so she could answer buyer's questions. She was very diligent about being at each showing. This was over and above what is normally expected from an agent. She communicated with us throughout the showings. The few times she could not be present at the showings, she let us know. We would not hesitate to recommend Becca as a listing agent to anyone especially our family and friends.”
